Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance or invoice issuance.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated. The buyer is responsible for all such charges associated with the importation and delivery of products.
Delivery terms, including shipping methods, timelines, and responsibilities, are specified in individual orders or partnership agreements. We utilize temperature-controlled logistics to maintain product quality during transit.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping carrier or at the point specified in the applicable Incoterms (as agreed in the purchase order or contract).

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Seoul, Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use our services cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
